Now that I've bought the dress (which by the by I don't really think about too much. Is that weird?) I'm starting to look at accessories. Well I'm almost quite certain my granny is making my veil and garter. Maybe I should actually talk to her about that, huh? Whatevs. Something lovely has struck my fancy. A couple of years ago I was a fanatic about wearing a flower in my hair. Even though I'm currently rocking the headbands (shout out to American Apparel. Call me.) I still like to switch it up and add a hair flower. Since I'm comfortable doing the hair flower thingy on the regular perhaps I could incorporate such loveliness on the wedding day. Where better than Etsy to start my search? I was not disappointed.
I thought this one was super cute plus it had a bling factor of +5. It's probably the only opportunity to incorporate a peony into the festivities.
This one is so precious! It's delicate and dainty.
I just about love everything from this seller.
I think these would go really nicely with my dress especially since my dress is more ivory/cream than white.
Oh and this one too. Yums!
Last but not least how about some color. I kinda really like these too. If not for me, maybe a bridesmaid??
I love love love hair fascinators! I want to wear one, I just have to settle on the perfect one!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Danielle. I heart hair fascinators. I am having the hardest time settling on just one. I'm hoping I'll know it when I see it...le sigh.
ReplyDeleteI've already resigned myself to the fact that I'll probably buy more than one because I love them all.
ReplyDeletejust found your blog, it's adorable! feel free to stop by mine and say hello :)

Love hair fascinators, especially the big chiffon ones. Hopefully I'll get to wear one for the reception
ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of flowers in the hair. Really whimsical and Alice-y. Pippa's Tip: Was watching eppy of Sister Wives during a TLC marathon Saturday. You can get flower shoulder appliques (true story). could be JUST the right touch to simple and understated dresses.
