Hair Today…More Tomorrow

Well folks it’s been 90 days since I started my prenatal vitamins (To grow my hair of course).  I don’t think I felt any healthier but I want to believe my hair grew. It may have grown about a half an inch to an inch. We did some very unscientific measuring. Here’s the before and after:

The one at the end is after 90 days. Ummmm.. I don't really see that much difference. My mom says it's growing thicker at the root. I'll take what I can get.

I didn’t experience any weird side effects either so I think I’ll pick up another bottle and keep taking ‘em.

So what do you think? You be the judge. Longer?

  1. I'd say it's def. longer..but I think after 90 days anyone's hair would be longer. I just started taking "healthy hair and nails" vitamins and will be checking for the same results..but right now, can't tell a difference either. If you believe it is growing thicker and stronger at the root...that's good though!

  2. It looks a LITTLE longer, but it doesn't seem to be a huge difference. But hey.. if it's growing in thicker, that's awesome! I'd definitely try it a little bit longer!

  3. It looks longer to me! I'm trying to grow my hair out too, but I didn't go the prenatal vitamin route - I was too worried I would have the weird side effects :-)

  4. Ok, this Pip is gonna be brutally honest. The prenatal just isn't doing it. I have a recommendation (consider this Pippa's Tip): try the Hair and Nails pills or the pig's lard pills. I used to take those and they really do make your hair grow. Now, two considerations: (1) they make ALL your hair grow at an alarming rate, if you catch my drift; and (2) I was also taking some serious dieting pills at the time, so I cannot guarantee that the hair growth wasn't the result of that healthy cocktail. But, girl looked good AND with long hair!
