Accountability.
I worked out three days a week and I felt amazing. Mind you, I couldn't make it to my 9am classes but. . . that's another story.A couple of years ago I joined a gym (Thanks Mumsie!). We were going to be workout buddies. That never happened because our schedules didn't mesh. What did happen is that we both got a personal trainer. It was the same guy for both of us. We both got into great shape and felt wonderful even though we never went to the gym together. Why?
Accountability.
Even when I tried to cancel my appointment I couldn't because my trainer was holding me accountable and wouldn't let me off that easy.So now I plan on using this blog as a way of keeping myself accountable. I'm also spurred on by a fellow blogger's post which you can read here.
Enough already get to the point!
Fine but you don't have to be so rude about it.
This is me checking in.
Monday -- Started the 100 push-up & 200 sit-up challenges
Tuesday -- Attempted some cardio by spending 15 minutes jump-roping. (Intermittent jumping and walking in place) Hey, it's a start!
Wednesday -- Going strong with the challenge
Thursday -- Not a thing
Friday -- The challenge continues
*HIGH FIVE* I had to skip the gym today.. I had to get a haircut and eyebrow wax since I'm going to my cousin's wedding tomorrow. I made my apt before I was suppose to go to the gym, but... it took FOREVER to get my hair down! I had to take today off and instead go on Sunday (which is one of my normal days off) *sigh*
