My Very First Sample Sale

I actually went shopping before I got the ring. ::GASP:: Scandalous, I know. My inbox sprouted up this lovely invitation to a Priscilla of Boston sample sale last year September so I gathered up the troops and off we went. Here’s the story of our adventure. . .

We had an awesome time! Me, Mumsie, Sister and Lil Sis.

It was a Friday afternoon so the salon was not packed at all. They had dresses on a few racks in the main room. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE!! For that reason I would recommend checking it out. We pulled a bunch of dresses and found a dressing room. One of the consultants came in and helped us with the dresses once we got settled. She was super sweet and pulled other dresses for us as well. Now on to the most spectacular part of the experience. . .the prices. They. Were. Unbelievable. In a good way. I didn’t try on anything over $1000. Think $400 and up.
Yeah! I know!!

Small caveat: These are sample dresses.

I have curves so sample dresses don’t fit my hips so good.

What’s that? You want to see pictures?

Look at the intricate detailing! Yums!

Remember when I said I have hips? Yep, couldn't walk in this one but I love the way it bustles in the back.

This is my "I feel like a bride" stance.

I'm actually model posing in this one.

The picture is a bit blurry but I love the way this one shimmers. Double Yums!!

When I showed Mr. H this one he said: "You look like a bell!" Indeed I do.
